When you open Photoshop, a window appears on the right side of the screen containing a series of rows of icons, each representing a Photoshop layer. There are many layers available to you, including ones for type, effects, shapes, tools, text, and so on. You can create your own layers, similar to an onion, adding more and more layers as needed to make your image.

You may also see Layers panels in the main Photoshop window. The Layers panel contains a summary of the layers you have created in your file. Each layer has a unique number, represented in parentheses before the name of the layer, and its color is indicated by the words Background, Foreground, or Color.

The Layers panel is a great way to view your image, as you can see in Figure 11-7. It is also a handy place to see the attributes of any individual layer.

To create a new layer, click the New Layer icon (a plus sign with a drop shadow). To edit an existing layer, click the layer’s thumbnail and then use the Options bar (which appears with the layer thumbnail) to change its settings. To delete a layer, right-click it and choose Delete Layer. (You can also delete a layer by choosing Layer⇒Layer from the main menu or pressing Alt+Delete.)

Color is the most important part of any photo (and non-digital image, for that matter). It can be hard to put a happy face on a sad subject, but the right color can make the difference between a subject that’s unappealing and one that’s pretty darn nice.

As Mark mention in the comment, the question is too broad. I will try to give you a general idea of what’s going on. If the requirement is a bit more specific you need to provide more information and i can edit the answer.
Timestamps can be stored as DATE, DATETIME, TIMESTAMP(x), VARCHAR(n), and so on. So, you can store timestamps as date, timestamps as varchar (ex. 12:00 PM), or timestamps as datetime.
Timestamps in your case should be stored as VARCHAR.
You can use TO_TIMESTAMP function to convert varchars to timestamp.
If you want to add time interval, you can do it using TIMESTAMPADD function.

The leaders of Turkey and Armenia, in the first official meeting between the two nations’ presidents in 16 years, were quick to identify areas of conflict that must be overcome before their nations can move closer to diplomatic and economic ties.

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan were joined by their respective foreign ministers on the sidelines of a group of countries that form the Eurasian Economic Union at the Black Sea resort of Batumi.

Both sides said “positive” steps were taken towards improving relations, but found few in common on the issues of security and history.

The two presidents said they would start talks on resolving a dispute dating back to when Turkey was part of the Soviet Union that has divided their countries. Erdogan said Turkey’s oldest enemy was Armenia, not Russia.

Armenia wants recognition of its 1915 Armenian genocide in World War I, something Erdogan has refused.

Erdogan also hailed Russia’s president Vladimir Putin and Turkey’s ally Syria as important regional players, but said he hoped that Russia would use its veto in the United Nations Security Council to block U.S. sanctions against Bashar al-Assad’s government.

“Russia and Syria are among the most important powers in the region,” Erdogan said. “If we want to change the situation in this region, we should also change our thinking.”

Putin on Tuesday compared the West’s relationship with Armenia and Turkey to that with Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union, and urged a “big transformation” in their ties.

Sargsyan on Wednesday called for a respectful dialogue and declined to criticize Ankara directly over its military offensive into northern Syria.

“I think everything positive will come out of this dialogue,” he said. “In the past, Turkey was one of Armenia’s important allies in politics and military. We lost friends when the coup happened. I am sure that we will build this friendship and cooperation. We will discuss everything that can make us closer.”

A relationship that has improved

Erdogan said he was not offended by the strong words of Putin.

“We don’t have problems with anyone,” he said. “Russia is our friend and ally.

“If we can solve our problems through friendly dialogue, why not? We had problems. But these problems have been solved since 2001. Those countries are very important for us. We have great and warm relations with them.”
